This baked rice is DELICIOUS. I assumed the restaurant was vegetarian when I saw the photo. There’s no way that that’s vegan. To my pleasant surprise, every single item is.

Back to the baked rice. The vegan cheese is oat based. It was savoury and ‘cheesy’. I could even pick at the cheesy crust left over! Loved every bite of it
