Aburasoba Shouyu-Vegan no Shin Ramen —Avaliação do gingerj (22 de jul. de 2023)

Ramen without broth, but with vegetable sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Toppings are "mince" from Shiitake and Miso, spring onions and dried enoki mushrooms. I liked the taste.
