Review of Silk Lasagna with Broccoli Riso and Cashew Nut Sand at Joie by xinru-t

Layers of pasta with chickpea, spinach, and tomato sauce, topped with finely minced roasted broccoli with gave some textural contrast. Served with brussel sprouts and ground cashew nuts.
