The vegan ricotta toast is so craveable! The focaccia bread is light and fluffy, but they toast it so nicely. I don’t know how they make the ricotta, but the consistency is still very creamy and the flavor great. The heirloom tomatoes and balsamic drizzle are also the perfect topping! It comes with a side salad with a few options for dressings that are a great compliment to the toast. Highly recommend trying this dish!
