We landed in Spain for our week long hol very late at night so it was operation find vegan food before we fall asleep! This place was near to our apartment and we love Japanese! Happily they had this vegetarian ramen that was in a vegan broth, woop! It had bamboo, chives, spinach, corn, nori seaweed and a battered vegetable ball, all the good stuff! Chucked in some sticky rice as we were famished. Very tasty find in Valencia 😃
