Absolutely lovely rice pudding that is as creamy as you’d want it to be and not overly sweet. A lot of plant-based yoghurts made with coconut are just a little too intense with the 🥥 for me, but this rice pudding gets things just right.
Also, i love that it comes in small glass jars. Old-school recyclable.
