Ensalada Moniato no Amarre 69 —Avaliação do Valentina (29 de jun. de 2023)

I ordered this dish when I came back home from my trip to the US, where I had almost exclusively eaten unhealthy food 😁 so I was in desperate need of vegetables.
What called my attention here was the #coconut and #truffle sauce!! And let me tell you, what an unexpectedly delicious combo that is!! I really enjoyed it, and it brought the #sweetpotato , #chickpeas and #spinach to life.
Not always do I recommend such a healthy dish, but this is one of those times.
