Review of Vegan Hero at The Rutherford Café by kristikrum

This is a vegan sandwich you can get warm or cold. It has avocado, tomato, cucumber, spinach, red onion, carrot and the best part is the apple cider balsamic sauce. It is a great flavor profile and they use good ciabatta style bread. It's a nice size sandwich and I got chips and a drink to go along with it. Be aware though Ms. Vickie's chips almost all have milk in them except the plain chips.
