An excellent sugar or honey substitute that is vegan and a good source of antioxidants!
We use agave in many ways and on this particular day I used it to sweeten the chocolatey cacao yogurt in my Oceans Day Oats 🥣 Bowl!!
It gave it the right amount of sweetness without being overly sweet!
A little goes a long way as there are 16g of sugar in 1 TBSP so you truly don’t need much!
Bought a 2 pack (36 oz each) from Costco for $8.99!
