Crunchy chocolate coating over a ball of coconut ice cream with a little sprinkle of chocolate cookie inside. There’s hardly any cookie inside, not a very true “cookies and cream” product, but I was pleasantly surprised because I don’t love cookies and cream.
These were gobbled up excitedly by non-vegans. I think that Trader Joe’s would sell way more of these if they made the “vegan” label smaller and called them “coconut ice cream bon bons” instead.
