I was excited to try something different, and these vegan calamari did the trick! The texture is fairly good, the taste is a little bit off however. They sauteed pretty well in just a little olive oil. However, the ingredients list is way too long and the nutrition values are almost non-existent. I should have heeded the packaging suggestion to use as a tapa or a side in order to whip up a more balanced meal. Ordered from www.veganpoint.net which ships to all Canary Islands 🏝
