This is an excellent meal replacement it's tasty and full of essential nutrients and vitamins. It's surprisingly filling as well. Although it's designed as a meal replacement at 240 calories per serving you could certainly use it as a midday snack or pair it with a salad or a lighter meal. Important to mix with very cold water and blend well otherwise you get a little bit of a chalky feeling.
