One of the best tofu I've ever tried! The texture is not watery at all, actually it's quite dry, i tastes very good and I think it's perfect if you pan fry and add to anything you like. For example, I deglazed it with some chocolate chili sauce and put it in a burrito with roasted paprika and caramelised onion. The result was great 🤤
I am definitely buying this again and exporting it for my friends in Italy!
