I cannot tell you how obsessed I am with this!!! I always have an open jar in the fridge as I make a lot of soups and this is an amazing flavour base. I even use a bit when I'm blending up cashew cream sauces for some extra flavour. I will never go back to the boullion stock cubes!!!! I buy this from costco as they have a slightly larger size that is better bang for buck.
