I buy this in bulk (6 pack) from costco. Love that this is shelf stable, as I usually buy 2-3 types of mylks from costco and rotate. I use it mostly for coffee and smoothies. It is "thin" milk and isn't creamy, but it doesn't curdle either so thats a win. It's also calcium and b12 fortified which is the main reason I purchase it.
