Seitan “chicken” fingers no Spacecat V-stro —Avaliação do madib (23 de mai. de 2023)

I love Spacecat!!! I admittedly spend way too much money here :’) Women owned small biz, scratch made from their chkn to their baked goods! Weekly specials, take out containers are compostable greenware, lots of fun stuff. Their menu formerly had lots of vegetarian options but they’ve been leaning a lot more vegan. They still offer a dairy chz option, but I’m hopeful that the demand for it is decreasing and they’ll go full vegan soon :D

Their seitan chkn is made in house and so good! You can choose your dipping sauce, I like their house made bbq (pictured). Also pictured are their vegan mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. Give ‘em a visit if you’re ever in Ferndale!!
