Awesome toastie from Blank. Well yummers. You get Hummus, pesto, and cheese?! and veggies of course, red peppers, spinach and aubergines. I did burn my tongue and my palate on the melted cheese, but that’s all on me: too excited to sink my teeth in instead of waiting for things to cool a bit, have to be a bit patient. It is quite pricey for a toasted sandwich, but it’s quite a large sandwich as you can see.

Blank Coffee does a range of toasted sandwiches. When i see that the kitchen is kinda busy, or it’s quite late in the day and i dont want to bother them too much to make something from scratch, i opt for the toastie since it’s already prepped and ready for the sandwich press.
