So we actually had Sunday buffet lunch at Pluim. Chef Ilse is plant based and there are several vegan options available. The mushroom risotto was divine, two fabulous salads and a baked dessert that disappeared in two seconds because it was so yummy! Superb restaurant, charming hosts, don't miss this place!
