Miso roasted pumpkin, with a layer of coconut pumpkin purée underneath, and wild argula, pumpkin seeds, pear barley and dukkah on top, with a side of maple citrus dressing. Just the combo itself sounded so divine. Eating it did not let me down. I love how complex everything tasted yet so simple.
