This has a base of #brownrice and #organic #soba, topped with Mandarin oranges, Japanese cucumbers, chopped #mushroom and #chickpeas, and drizzled with #oliveoil. Although not a vegan stall, this has got quite a few #veganoptions. The ingredients tastes very fresh and unadulterated, and I do like the medley of flavours. A little on the bland side, though this could because I chose olive oil as a sauce as I wasn't sure if the rest were vegan. Cost $6, less if you are an SMU student, had a cheap thrill when the server asked me if I was one 😜
