Review of hamburguer vegan at Ego space Hospitality and Catering Unipessoal Lda by beeatriz

This was a vegetarian burguer on a traditional Portuguese bread (from the Madeira islands)
I removed the egg, mayo and the cheese, in order to get a vegan version of the dish.
They offered us a salad 🥗 as we had removed some ingredients from the burguer to make it vegan.
