This consisted of organic romaine, capers, almond parmesan, and rustic croutons, plus crispy, meaty, Cajun soy curls in a creamy, tangy garlicky Caesar dressing. The briny capers in this generously sized salad were a tasty and compassionate replacement for anchovies, and the soy curls made this easily a meal on its own.
