Is not a vegan restaurant but they have vegetarian dishes I had the mofongo with vegetable in garlicky c sauce, but the garlic sauce didn’t have milk, it was sautéed it in garlic oil, it comes with mayo ketchup on the side and on the top you’ll see a piece of pork fried I took that away, but it’s still a vegan dish without the meat. This place is meat eater but the mofongo is vegan with the the meat.

I understand what you mean if you just take it out when it’s already brought, don’t they just throw it away? Or can you request to not have it beforehand?
