This was quite good actually! The texture was really close to the real one although the taste was a little bit bland but we know how difficult it is to recreate the taste of the cruel cheese. It’s made with #cauliflower which is a first for me, never had cauliflower based cheese before (except when I cook cauliflower Mac and cheese at home). It contains palm oil, but as all the other ingredients, it’s organically grown. I made some research and it’s a thing apparently. I just hope it’s true. So all in all I’m satisfied with this product and if I have the chance I’ll buy it again.
