Had my reservations about this, but oh wow p decent eh :)) for those who like the mala kind of 豆皮, they have that variation too! but this softer version is delish ,, esp paired with the other veggies like onion and bell peppers. its a cold dish - 凉拌 - kinda appetiser. had this with their veggie noodles which was 💯 too esp cus they incl a wide variety of veggies in the noodles ANDDD its 米线 :)) the medium thin kind.
