Delicious! This #coriander and arboria cristed #oystermushrooms were amazing. The menu describes them as follows: Calabran #chile-meyer #lemon #capers #aioli, lemon and #cabbage slaw.
They reminded me if what calamari use to taste like and texture wise when I ate it. The fresh lemon and dipping sauce added so much to the flavor profile.
