I’ve never had crab before, so this was an new experience for me. They come frozen and you can fry them in a skillet for a few minutes on each side. I found them to be juicy while also having a chewiness to it. There are stringy shreds of something, possibly seaweed I guess. Flavor wise, you definitely taste the sea. I really enjoyed them!
Nutritionally, each 2.3 ounce (65g) cake provides 120 calories from 6g of fat, 23g of carbohydrates and 3g of protein. I only wish it would be more complete with extra protein in it.
Picked this up in August-September for $5.48 at Walmart, but haven’t seen it there since. 😢 I was also able to find it for $6.99 at Mom’s Organic Market.

If you have a Grocery Outlet in your area, take a look in their frozen section. Mine has this brand often, though items cycle through and sometimes don’t return as they are overstock or items being rebranded.
