The kids meal was still pretty filling for me.
You have a choice of a salad, wrap or a pita pocket. I went for the salad. your choice of a main (falafels for me), served with a decent portion of hummus of choice (hummus with chilli), a salad mix, chips, and half a pita bread (white or brown), and a juice box too. How’s that for a happy meal? I liked the hummus and the garlic-parsley tahini dressing. Housemade falafels were a tad salty on their own (personal preference), but they went well with the salad and with the dressing. The range of salads are all vegan-friendly, and there are vegan dressings too, just ask them to point out what isn’t friendly.
Cheeky pea is a lovely cafe in Kingston-upon-Thames with plenty of vegan options. They have wraps, hummus bowls and salads. Also soups, and some vegan desserts. Food is affordable and yummy.
