This is my favorite out of the new breakfast dishes, and it's way more reasonably sized. It comes with three pancakes, #vegan butter and a housemade #seitan sawsage patty and loads of fresh maple syrup.

I love these pancakes. That was one thing I really missed when I went vegan. I could never get them as fluffy! These are truly so reminiscent of my favorite childhood #pancakes. They have a touch of sweetness and have a really subtle but rich buttery flavor. They pair nicely with the seitan sawsage. I never liked vegan sausage until I tried the seitan version. This patty also has a hint of fennel and has a great smokey flavor.

This dis is only $11, which is a great value. The pictures never show how large these portion sizes are. I would most definitely recommend hitting up brunch on Saturday mornings!
