This is perfect vegan comfort food! It has garlic mashed potatoes, sweet corn, cheddar vegan cheese, crispy fried chick'n, and green onions. The mashed potatoes were super #creamy and the fried chick'n had a perfect crisp batter! The green onions and corn just brought this classic southern dish together!

Definitely perfect for whenever you're craving a hearty comforting dinner. The portions were also very big! It could easily be made into two meals!
