This is your basic run of the mill soymilk. It tastes great like all the other ones. The great thing about this one is that it's #organic and comes at a great price for a shelf stable milk product. I really don't think I've seen any other plant milks beat the price of Costco, especially for a shelf stable one. Definitely something to keep on hand if you (or someone you know) has a Costco membership. The downside is that this does have added sugar. It's also fortified with good nutrients like calcium which may be difficult for some people to source on a vegan diet (chia seeds, unhulled tahini and collards are some other good sources of calcium!).
I like to add this to my coffee, smoothie bowls and overnight oats. 😘
