A symphony of flavors. This dish was not originally vegan but it was adapted from the seasonal menu. I would describe it as comfort food with a gourmet twist. The beans provide a wholesome base for the dish, while the artichokes add a layer of earthy, nutty flavor that melted harmoniously, the onion adding a hint of sweetness that elevates the whole experience. The homemade chips, light and crispy, provide a much-appreciated textural contrast to the dish.
