Review of Lentil Spaghetti Bolognese at All in the Kitchen Deli by theflipsideofg
AITK does it again - reconstructed a traditional meat dish into a very tasty vegan dish. The lentil bolognese sauce (with lentils, tomato and carrots) coated the spaghetti perfectly and was topped with vegan cheese and fresh parsley. Surprisingly, it wasn't at all stodgy or heavy, and I had to stop myself from eating it all at once.
