I really like this brand. Unfortunately I found out recently that it's not a vegan brand they just have some solid vegan products.
Super light and flyffy like a vegan victoria sponge cake. I really like them they taste soo good. I know it soynds weird but I use them as sandwiches. Yummy yummy in my tummy.
