These noodles were just the perfect texture: they pick up the sauce beautifully and were cooked brilliantly. Just the right side of spicy for those a little afraid of spice 🌶️ (my husband)

Rice noodles, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, marinated tofu and broccoli – tossed in our almond Thai sauce, finished with fresh cilantro, sesame seeds, cashews, scallions & a wedge of lime (contains nuts & gluten!)
