Vietnamese claypot rice served with chewy braised mushrooms and crunchy lotus seeds with slightly charred rice. Pretty fragrant and tasty but lacking in ingredients. Would have liked some tofu/tempeh cubes and a bit of vegetables for a greater variety of ingredients (in particular one with soft texture) and also more balanced nutrition!
