My parents bought this cheese for me as an alternative to vegan Parmesan cheese from the same company which was out of stock at Grande Cheese. Unlike Daiya mozzarella shreds, this cheese is not wet. I think it’s taste is much closer to mozzarella than Daiya’s. The texture is wonderful and I’d definitely recommend it and will get it again.
I’ve used the cheese in pasta sauce and in a ‘big salad’ (for the Seinfeld fans 😜). Later this week, I intend to make a pizza with it which I’m really excited about!
