this was fucked up good. this dish blew me away. sooo much flavour going on. even though this place is 100% plant based, with the 'dairy,' I was still like wait, is this vegan? 😅 even the table next to me had been shocked and asked the waiter haha. this is definitely a must order! it doesn't look like it in my photo but the portion was actually great, perfect for sharing or demolish on your own as a main meal. this dish consists of; 8 hour barbecoa, guacamole, melted queso, pickled eschallots, local chilli, chickpea créma, pickled watermelon, coriander. fucking chefs kiss.
