I was fairly disappointed in this dish. The texture was an issue for me. It was the first time I’ve had orzo pasta and most likely the last time. I feel like it would’ve been better executed with a more ‘traditional’ pasta salad pasta shape. Each bite was too mushy since the orzo pasta struggled to add much needed lightness and different texture. It was essentially tasteless as well, with just a slight tang. It could’ve benefited from more seasoning or a wider variety of seasonings.
