Pistachios are such delicious nuts! I bought these roasted and salted pieces to use in homemade chocolate bark. The pre-shelled and split pieces are convenient to use, crunchy, tasty and lightly salted. Nuts can be quite expensive but Trader Joe’s has relatively reasonable prices for a variety of nuts and seeds.
