Falafel based on #chickpeas, zucchini, onion and breadcrumbs.
Flavoured with coriander, cumin, paprika, garlic, parsley and pepper.
The texture is very nice, they get a light crisp on the outside while the inside stays soft. I like that it has some pieces inside that gives structure and prevents them from being mushy.
Slightly dry as well which I like.
The #coriander and #cumin are by far the most prominent spices. It has no ‘heat’ to it whatsoever but it is decently flavourful!
It is #palmoilfree and does not contain nuts. Decent design, cardboard and completely #plasticfree packaging.

I really enjoy these! I find #falafel to be very versatile so they’re easy to make a lot of dishes with. Great in wraps, pitas, with your favourite dips or with just some grains and veggies on the side.
💵 50 NOK at Coop, decently priced. Easily available, probably the easiest falafel to find in regular grocery stores here.
I really like them and do recommended them for a #quickandeasy meal!

Mmmm yummy 😋 plate!!
I’m curious how they packed this? Were the falafel all loose in the box or were there something like cardboard dividers? It seems like most manufacturers just go to plastic for absolutely no reason!
