Worked perfectly in making chocolate 🍫 covered #strawberries 🍓for #valentinesday 🥰😘💕 tomorrow!!! 1st time using a #oatmilk chocolate 🍫 and mmm 😋 do we love it! I made an extra batch and brought to my Bro n Laws house 🏡 and the whole fam enjoyed them!! 🙌 They aren’t following a vegan 🌱 lifestyle but always enjoy vegan goodies that I bring! Step in the right direction! #lowerinsugar and #lowerinfat per serving than some other brands! 10% of their net profits saves wildlife! #fairtrade#vegan#nongmo and #glutenfree These were not cheap! alyssaa How did you make them? I've been wanting to either buy or make vegan chocolate strawberries but I'm not sure where to buy them already made & the way you made them looks beautiful!1 likeReply
berryveganplanet I did a double boiler method with a glass bowl on top of a small to medium size pot with a little water in it. I bring the water to boil then keep it on medium low add the chocolate 🍫 to the glass bowl and place on top of the pot. As it melts just stir gently ever few minutes with a spatula till all is melted. Then I put heat down to low. Make sure all your strawberries 🍓 are washed and completely dry (with towel or paper towel). If any water mixes in with the chocolate 🍫 it will start to harden. You gotta be patient. Then just grab strawberries carefully by the stem, dip them and place them in a plate with parchment paper. Pop them in the fridge so the chocolate hardens and viola! I’m guessing you can microwave the chocolate 🍫 but haven’t tried that way before. If you make them I hope they turn out amazing and would love to see a pic!1 likeReply
