Yummy mild #umami flavour. I used it to form the base of my #potato #udon soup dish. It’s a lazy meal night, so I just tossed whatever ingredients I could find in my fridge, including some leftover sweet and savoury #tofu stir-fry, which helped enhance the flavour of the #soup.
