This carrot cake tastes great and the cream cheese icing is delicious. The thing is the cake is #glutenfree , great if you’re avoiding gluten but for those who aren’t, I’d say the texture is a bit grainy. Very convenient in that it can be taken out of the freezer 45min before serving. I would buy again but not as good as my local vegan cafe’s vegan carrot cake. #carrotcake #veganafternoontea
