I tried Tattooed Chef’s Rainbow State Plant Based Pizza, and it wasn’t that bad. I give the brand credit for having great, melting, and plenty of vegan cheese because I didn’t have to add any extra on top.
The crust was way too crispy. I was afraid I was going to chip my teeth eating it, but it turned out fine. Also, it had a nice spicy and sweet combo with the jalapeños and pineapple chunks. I wish this flavor combo was more pronounced, like adding a wee bit of chili powder to the pizza sauce and replacing a hint of the water in the pizza crust with pineapple juice.
This is my favorite product I’ve tried from Tattooed Chef so far. I look forward to trying more of these vegan pizzas. (6/10)
