The texture is sooo creamy and smooth! This is not the sour-y type of yoghurt! It is closer to a dessert except that it is really not that sweet. It has a pleasant vanilla taste and is perfect to be eaten on its own (but a cookie 🍪 or berries would be nice with it too).
