They’re great!
Chickpeas are an excellent source of #protein but they take forever to cook. For that reason, canned chickpeas are incredibly handy and convenient. This thing makes preparing food along the lines of a Mediterranean-style salad so easy, and it also allows you to skip some waiting time when making something that requires cooked chickpeas like #hummus.
