These ought to be some of the best hand pulled noodles I’ve ever had.
I got the aubergine and minced vegan meat ones. Perfect amount of spice, an explosion of flavors with a very nice, spicy kick.
They are quite greasy but that’s part of the greatness.

You can also get the mild version if you don’t like spicy food.

A little bit on the pricier side but honestly so worth it! #veganuary
