The menu says it consists of:
- tempeh scrambled with mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes
- side of sweet potatoes
- vegan chili coffee or orange juice

In reality, there was also a vegetable stew and some sauce. The presentation was great, and the taste not at all bad but the scrambled tempeh was quite watery.
