This doesn’t look like much from the photo, but it was delightfully delicious! Coconutty, gingery, and really comforting on a cold night.

Great noodle to veggie ratio (I prefer more veggies), and generous on the tofu. This was a large portion and can easily be two meals! I’ll definitely be gettin this again.

Side note, this is a fully plant based restaurant! 🌱
